Przekaż informację zwrotnąIf I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order and an hour and 10 minutes later, I called the restaurant, only to be told it would be an additional 15 to 20 minutes. After waiting for an extra 30 minutes, I was then told it would be another 25 minutes. Despite living just 5 minutes away, the poor customer service, bad attitude, and lack of communication made me extremely late for work and I still haven't received my food.
I ordered a pizza and 2 sides at 11:46 a.m. but it didn't arrive until 1:16 p.m. There were no updates provided, so I had to call twice to check on the order myself. Unfortunately, the food arrived cold.
I had pre-ordered a pizza from Papa John's in Dagenham for delivery at 5pm. However, it arrived at 4:15pm, 45 minutes early. The pizza was also cold when I opened the box. Despite checking their complaints procedure, I found out that they have a strict no refund policy. I will not be ordering from this company again and would advise others to avoid it as well.
I am disgusted by braking PAPA JOHNS PIZZA! Utterly disgusted, I found white piece of hair in my food and it’s upsetting to go into 2021 with HAIR ON MY DAMNNN PIZZA. Never again
I normally order from this store around once a week. A few weeks ago I ordered my usual pizza deal with sides spending around £33. I always order garlic and herb dip, call me petty but for me I only eat my pizza with these dips (this is even the case when I cook pizza at home, for me it’s the only way to eat pizza! . In the past my dips have been left out so now my delivery note states clearly “please ensure all my dips are present before delivering”. Low and behold my delivery came and the dips were left out, I immediately called the store and spoke to the manager on duty “Sam”, he was from the get go very confrontational and rather than apologise and say he’d send them over he berated me and got quite defensive blaming the driver. He even went so far to pretend the driver was there and shouting at him (there is no way the driver could have got back to the store in that time . He eventually said he’d send the dips over, my partner in the meantime started to eat his pizza. He chose stuffed crust and I have honestly never seen such a sorry pizza in my life! It was spongy and soggy, almost like it had been microwaved. Needless to say he did not eat it, my pizza was fine but by the time my dips came and having my other half disappointed with his our appetite was ruined and we left near on all our pizza. Fast forward to today, my daughter and I decided to order pizza. I ordered online and awaited my order, after time was getting on I launched the tracker only to have the message that my pizza was CANCELLED! I called the store and the same Sam answered, his excuse was that I was rude and called him names.. what rubbish. He was rude, unprofessional and downright confrontational in my initial complaint. I will now be taking my complaint further to head office, I was intending to do so beforehand and only wish I did but with Covid-19 and offices on shutdown I left it. They will be hearing from me first thing!
