We drank a few beers at first and then went to the white wine do ferreiro which is all a enjoyed, we also took red in this case was artadi, spectacular also, then we took some bubbles suggestion of the owner and was a good one. I have this place I value with the heart that is what they put in every service they provide, good people, first class product and only a humanity and humility typical of Japanese cultures. It is good to have this place in the center of the murcia, and I know that I am not mistaken to say that today is the best place of Japanese food in the whole region of the murcia, I hope you continue for many years so giving us these pleasures at a price more than garlic, as they only know how to do it.
Quality Japanese food. all very good, no strange inventions. in other words: quality within the foreseeable and conventional for this type of place. He advised us the waiter and everything that served us was rich, but in general they did not stop being variants in them. result: 45 € per head. if we take into account that the place has a very normal look and the service remains informal and correct but nothing else, the conclusion comes alone: too expensive. For example: that for that price you have to eat everything that will serve you on a dish that only changes for dessert doesn't seem very logical. You know they don't have too many dishes. There are sushi restaurants in murcia, without saying names, in which for that price they offer more quality, originality and service. costly load composes a level of self-requirement chord. and in the details is often the difference. if what I ate would have cost me €30-35, its price would definitely repeat. cost me 45 (90 € two diners) and I will honestly think about it.
Usually Japanese restaurants are ripoffs by Chinese people, but this restaurant is a trully Japanese restaurant owned and managed by a real Japanese chef that worked in a 2-star Michellin restaurant in Tokyo. The food is amazing.
Delicious food, good quality sushi , good selection of crafted beers and staff are amazing. Very highly recommend.
If you want authentic Japanese food, take a visit to this little gem which is hidden in Murcia city centre. Let the staff recommend the dishes, many are typical of the owners chefs home towns and they are all delicious and not all sushi (which I also love) but it is nice to find some other foods and flavors that you wouldn’t automatically relate with this style of food. Ingredients are also brought from Japan to make these traditional dishes the staff are very well informed and extremely friendly.
