My wife and I decided to try the wonderful city of Spain as a way to extend our marriage and as lovely as the city is we erred on the side of caution in our first afternoon out. We decided to visit a tried and trusted original which was the classic Pret a Manger. I ordered the BLT while my wife (who naturally hates me) ordered a salad. She always goes for the lighter side of the menu so she can keep her figure and look in fine shape (even when she's squeezed out three children). Her attention to healthy eating is really so she can get off with the concierge of our hotel. Still, one thing about the Pret alongside popular fast food joints in different countries. No matter where you go, there will always be a comforting moment of being able to choose something from a safe menu. The level of consistency excels and the local flavours from which the ingredients are made taste delicious.
