Pizzeria De La Farandula - Barcelona

If you're expecting michelin food and service from majority of these cheap take away joints found all over Barcelona on pretty much every street corner than you should take a look in the mirror and lower expectations. We had a pizza, a salad and some kebabs with chips and drinks for around 19Euro. Food was good and hot. Service was good. Cheap job done!

Stayed nearby and used this place a couple of times as it was so convenient. Friendly staff and nice food and drinks (calamari, salad, spicy potatoes, prawns and croquettes wine, beer generous measures of Bacardi with coke) . Nothing to complain about at all which is why we returned and recommended if you don't want anything too fancy.

We dropped in here after a long day touring the city. After looking at the menu, we didn't expect fine cuisine. My wife had sole and chips, I had the beef steak and chips. The steak was very thin, normally used in a sandwich. My wife enjoyed the fish. All in all very cheap eats.

Totally overpriced, poor service. 2.5€ for some olives and 1.5€ for a some chips. Watch out, the waiter tried to scam us and refused to show us the bill.

Lovely place and great food, stayed at Autohogar next door and this was brilliant. Open all hours it seems and really friendly staff. Can't get enough of it!!
