Local colleagues took us there for a beer in the afternoon. It was rainy outside so we sat inside ... and I just loved the atmosphere! Just normal people from the neighborhood having a chat or playing cards, and the floor and walls clad with colorful tiles of various patterns, the windows with colored inlays, you feel like being back into another era. Drinks and small snacks (gherkins, pickled onions) were perfect. So, in addition to all the reviews about the beautiful terrace, the inside of the centre is also worth a try!

We stopped there for a drink and time there, seemed to stop. You'll have to bring your coffe to the table or enjoy the nice glass windows inside. The terrace and building belonged to a private property long ago, and now it's a civic center which organizes a lot of activities and exhibitions. The main entrance is at Plaça de la Concòrdia, another hidden pearl in Barcelona
