Przekaż informację zwrotnąI tried to visit on opening day but it was chaos, madness if you will, so I went back today on day 2 for lunch and had a good experience. It was still busy but nothing like the dinner rush the first day. The cashier was friendly and walked around asking to get things for dine in customers if needed in-between people walking through the door. We waited about 25 minutes for two regular sized chicken teriyaki bowls but it was worth it. Fresh ingredients that were fresh off thegrill. The regular size bowl is a pretty big portion and I ended up having some leftovers to take home. The teriyaki sauce they use is really flavorful and enhanced the entire dish, and allegedly they make all their sauces in house. I'msure some people will write negative reviews out of the gate because of wait times or mistakes with orders but it's a brand new restaurant with brand new staff that is getting completely overwhelmed with business. Everyone around hereshould know how busy new places are and if you are impatient you should wait to visit but I guess people just need something to complain about. Personally, I'm looking forward to going back and trying additional menu items once it calmsdown a bit.
This was my first time going to this newer fast-food chain. Walking in there was a bit of a line, however, the staff managed to get through to us in less than 10 minutes. The order taker was nice and answered all our questions and even recommended the spicy teriyaki bowl. The manager seemed to be the one serving the food and he did a outstanding job at making sure tables were clean and asking how the food was as well as getting our orders correct. As for cleanliness theywere also above what I expected. The floors, the bathrooms, the tables, and the drink area were very clean. Overall, the experience was great. I didn't know what to expect going in but these guys never failed to delivery delicious food witha passionate crew.
So far, after my 2nd attempt at eating here, I can only give them 4 stars. Mainly because the insane wait times do not reflect the quality of food. That is not to say that the food is bad or of poor quality by any means. My first visit resulted in walking away empty handed because there was an one and half hour wait to sit down. Understandable, the place isn't very big so no worries. Next time. My second visit was an online order. The order was supposed to be ready(according to the website) at 4:51pm. The order was not ready until 5:30. However I expected such delays and planned ahead. Especially after reading the reviews and based off of my initial impression from my in person visit the weekprior. I ordered the Two Protein bowl with chicken and steak, noodles and vegetables. The flavors were ok. Nothing spectacular about the sauces at all. The crab Rangoons are good and not sweet like most places around here so that's aplus. The potstickers claim to be filled with chicken and veggies. They were mostly chicken and some cabbage. Not really much flavor to them either without the sauce. The mad sauce is tasty enough with some heat on the back end but mostlyis a combination of chili powder red pepper flakes and Sriracha mixed with ketchup or something to that effect. Sort of like a barbecue sauce. The portions are very generous for the price though. I got the large and my wife got the regular,we both have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. ???? The noodles are not the thick udan noodles that you typically get from Asian cuisine here locally. They were more spaghetti noodle shaped and sized. The pieces of cabbage could be cut smallerand the stem butt pieces removed. Nobody likes eating the stalk of a cabbage plant. The meat was well cooked and seasoned but as a flavor profile as a whole I give the food a 3 star. Nothing wowed me with the flavors. Hopefully the foodwill become better as they age and grow and get a consistent chef, but this I'd also a chain restaurant so
