Thin and crispy. The tomato sauce I could eat like a soup! Amazing flavors! And now with the addition of Kamut and whole wheat dough options you can't beat it!!!!!!!!! Family is extreamly sweet and will come out to say hello always!
The food was great and was outstanding value €40 for the two of us). We had simple starters of a bruschetta and another of two sauces spinach and mushroom) served with crostini both we're delicious. We followed this with two pasta dishes which were of the usual high standard of Italian bistros. The only reasons for the 3 stars are seeing waiters smoking openly and the closeness to the main road. Not an issue, but it does separate the average from the good.
Ate here on a Monday night, most restaurants are closed around here on a Monday. The restaurant looks like an informal pizzeria but the food is delicious. I had the selection of Tuscan meats and got a generous helping. The main course was steak with rocket and Parmigiano...delicious and cooked just right. Also a half litre of house wine and everything came to €30 euros, so very good value.
And you will get a really nicely done pizza if you like a thin bottom/crusted pizza. Great place with young kids; good price.
