Bar Ristorante Mirage - Barano d'ischia

LOCATION: 5/5. The restaurant has a nice view of the sea and the tables are nicely shaded so it's not too hot. SERVICE: 4/5. Friendly staff, average wait. MENU: 3/5. Not a lot of choice for celiacs. FOOD: 4/5. I had delicious peppered mussels. PRICE: 4/5. Prices are consistent with what I ate. TOTAL: 4/5.

We ordered fries and a sandwich. Waited over 45min and never got out order while everyone around us got theirs and even the people that arrived after us. Tried to ask the waiter where our food is but he doesnt speak english. After 1h we just left.

Staff were lovely enough to call us a taxi back to the hotel. Food was nice and reasonably priced. Lovely view from the restaurant.

A fantastic and naturalistic atmosphere cut into one of the most beautiful coves of the ischia coast (brown) excellent service courteous and professional, of a fresh and genuine goodness the dishes prepared in a traditional way but with care to quality. sip a good glass of local wine, eat gratifying fish for the palate with a lovely landscape .... is worth all the price of the receipt however more than reasonable. We will definitely return if we have to go back to ischia. I recommend it!

Very intimate place, romantic and welcoming to spend a beautiful evening a stone's throw from the sea. Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff, mainly delicious sea cuisine. We started with an excellent octopus salad and a totanelli. Then we split a crispy and dry clutch and a mussel soup. As contours of grilled vegetables and puparuncielli. Finally sazi we took a homemade tiramisu in two, but as it was too good then we ordered another one! We were so good that the next day we went back for lunch to get some great gypsy! Very good too.
