Qdoba Mexican Eats - Baraboo

I visited this Qdoba location for the first time and had an early dinner. Unfortunately, I had to wait 20 minutes for the chicken to be cooked. On the bright side, I received some complimentary chips and guacamole, which was a nice touch, and I really didn’t mind the wait. The food was delicious and quite filling, but I noticed that the service was rather slow. Despite having several staff members on duty, they didn't seem particularly engaged in their work. While I wasn't in a hurry that day, I might think twice about returning if I'm pressed for time due to the service speed.

The service was below expectations. The portion sizes were quite small. The chips were not fresh.

This is the best Qdoba I've ever experienced! Every item in my bowl had its own distinct flavor. The staff were also very friendly.

This restaurant is conveniently located if you're staying at the Kalahari Resort. A simple gluten-free option is the bowl, but be aware that their chips are fried with gluten-containing items, so they are not gluten-free. Overall, there is a good variety of choices for a quick meal.
