Had a fantastic dining experience! The oysters were top-notch, and the special **** Mary was exceptional. Highly recommend!

Delicious food and excellent service! The tables were filled within minutes after diners left. Definitely worth a visit!

We started with the broth plate, which included honey and strawberry rolls, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The rolls felt like they came straight from the budget broth section—essentially heated up and served without any special touch. Two members of our party ordered the lazy lobster and absolutely loved it. Our children chose the grilled shrimp and hanger steak, and both seemed satisfied with their choices, which is commendable since they can be quite picky. As for my dish, I ordered the fisherman’s stew, and it was disappointing for several reasons. The mussels were poorly prepared and tasted quite off. I rarely complain about food, often saying, “I’ll eat anything,” but those mussels were unacceptable. I would never order that stew again, especially not for $33. The scallops were overcooked, and the tomato broth felt bland and lacked depth, overwhelmed with fennel. A sprinkle of salt and pepper helped a bit, but it wasn’t enough to save it. On a positive note, the baguette was delicious. We heard rave reviews about the blueberry cake from the table beside us and were excited to order it, but it was served with a mousse instead of ice cream—no vanilla option. We were hoping for something sweet to round out our meal. Overall, with some careful planning and strategic ordering, you might have a nice experience here. However, it’s frustrating to navigate this when the bill comes to $185 for five people and doesn't include drinks or dessert.

We love the chart room. it is an old fashion restaurant on the water. friendly staff, good portions and heavy pouring out. nothing nice, just good eating and reasonable prices. they offer an American menu with Maine specialties lobster, lobster stew, quiet chowder, oyster. but that's why we don't love it. we love the personal, and I think they are mostly native. they make a heavy pour and ready to ask when they can. Friday and Saturday are the best rib nights. 12oz bark meat served with a strength and veggie. we had kartoffels and green beans. the bark was so good and wish for ours. pink all the way. we have died there often. we like the grilled garnel plate, fish and chips, their version of cioppino, French twill and oyster. make them a reservation, they go into the, but they have to wait.
