The Vodenitsa Tavern in Bansko surprised me with extremely delicious traditional food, but it was presented with a modern interpretation this turned it into a real gourmet experience! It is the perfect place to enjoy a meal with friends, combining tradition with modern style. Although the ventilation seemed to not work constantly and this created moments of discomfort, the delicious food, the friendly attitude of the staff and the owner to the customers managed to compensate for this shortcoming. This place is worth a visit and I recommend it with pleasure!
