Shah-Jahan Indian Restaurant

First time we had eaten Indian food and we are very impressed, the food was great and the service was first class. BYO and no charge for corkage. We will certainly be back.

A small restaurant tucked away in a group of shops at the Tweed Heads end of Griffiths St. Great selection and delicious tasting curries, good value and fast, friendly and efficient service. Hadn't realised it was a BYO the first night we went but it was no big deal as there was a BWS across the road. The food was so good we went back a second time with a "welcome back" and would have gone again if we'd had more time. It had outside dining so on a warm night it was good to just sit back and people watch. Definitely on our return list when we go back to Coolangatta.

We were pleasantly surprised with the good quality food and service at this small BYO restaurant. We shared a vegetable samosa entree, palak kofta curry, shah jahan lamb curry and a cheese and garlic naan, all superband more than enough. We will be back.

The food is above average but not a spicy as expected even when asked for "hot' curry. Very pleasant atmosphere and BYO. Good Indian but not outstanding.

Good Indian restaurant with available take away. Very well priced and food was ready on time. Definitely going back.
