At modiin azreli mall vlean good service also quieter then most can get a talk and listen to her herself

The food is not exciting, but it is pretty decent. The menu is basic Israeli cafe fare with a few Indian items. The portions are large. The atmosphere is what you'd expect in a cafe in a shopping center.

Terrible service !!! I asked for a doggie bag because we didn't eat a whole tray of salads, and the shift manager shouted that it was a favor he was doing by giving me the salads mixed together in a tiny box and that I didn't have the right to ask for anything!! he said he had no obligation to give me a thing! that it was a favor of his and that I should be grateful he even agreed giving me anything, though it looked like puke mixed all together!!! לא מומלץ בכלל!!! שירות נוראי האחראי משמרת מתנהג בזלזול ללקוחות וטוען שלבקש הביתה פלטה שלמה של סלטים שלא אכלנו זה בכלל לא זכות הלקוח ושהוא עושה טובה שהוא בכלל נותן את כל הסלטים מעורבבים בקופסא קטנטנה מעורבבים כמו קיא!

I never had to deal with such a horrible service! The server was not familiar with the menu at all. Every question I asked she did not know, which is ok, but she didn’t even bother checking the answer with someone who did. After waiting for a while I recieved the wrong dish. When I told the server she asked me to prove it... wth?! I called the manager and pointed out that we are disappointed with the service at the restaurant to which he answered that I need to appreciate that he is allowing me to order only an omelet... I said that this is not a favor since I am paying for everything I order and he should be more courteous. Once I said that the manager just yelled at me and Told me to leave. Such a horrible service disgusting!

Very bad service. 30 min for a soda and coffee .....unbelievable
