Wendy's - Bangor

Recently, I encountered an issue with my order at a restaurant and called to speak with Judy. She not only handled the situation with politeness, but also apologized for getting my order wrong. This level of customer service was unexpected and greatly appreciated. When I returned to collect my corrected order, Judy was there and efficiently prepared it for me. Her friendly demeanor made me feel like a valued customer, which was a nice touch. I simply wanted my meal to be correct, but the added benefit of a helpful manager like Judy was a pleasant surprise. I am grateful for her attention to detail and excellent customer service. Thank you, Judy, you are a valuable asset to the restaurant and its customers.

I enjoy Wendy's. Ever since I visited Columbus, OH as a child, near the old Cosi, I have been partial to the restaurant. This may be an odd reason, but it does not impact the quality of Wendy's. In terms of the food itself, they serve delicious burgers.

The food at this restaurant is good, but when taking customer orders in the drive-thru, the two teenage girls should stop giggling and act more professional, especially when handling my card.

Not a very “large” fry by any means!! Other than that, this place is pretty good

We stopped by Wendy's to grab a couple of chicken burgers. our usual, Chick-fil-A was closed, since it's snowing like crazy out today. when we ordered our two numbers six meals, we weren't asked what type of beverage we wanted, and we were never asked what size we wanted. I asked about the beverage, and was able to at least choose what drinks we got, however, we were both given a small. turns out that was a blessing in disguise, because the fries are the oldest fries I've ever gotten from any fast food establishment. the burger was dry, and super old as well. at least the lemonade wasn't gross, though nearly $20 for two lemonades is a bit excessive. this'll be the last time I ever come to this Wendy's location.
