They offer a vegan breakfast sandwich with just an egg, an impossible sausage patty, Daiya cheese shredders, and a vegan aioli-type sauce. It was everything I hoped for. It was the perfect amount of greasy. In addition, one of the chefs was super helpful and friendly. I actually took the sandwich back to him, thinking it wasn't vegan (it just looked too good - too nuanced, you know, and he cheerfully assured me it was vegan, listing that it was in it and in a way that I have a feeling he was blown away by how convincing it was."I'm not vegan or vegetarian but this sandwich is amazing."Chef's kiss.This is divine.Updated from the previous review on 2021-07-09

I'm so glad my husband and I discovered this gem. We enjoyed our yummy breakfast sandwich from Just Eggs and avocado on a bagel. Great coffee too.

I had the vegan meatball sub made with impossible meatballs and vegan mozzarella. Very tasty but the sub with chips and a drink came to almost $20. Tasty just a little pricey
