While she treated our sandwiches, the server tried to hide how bad the ingredients looked, she did not stop how the dings were ordered, then she tried to put the ingredients on what was not asked. I was sick after I had eaten a quarter of sandwiches. I vomited on the parking lot and tried to go back, but was not in the position, so I called and asked to talk to the manager there and was said that the manager was on the phone and would call me back, 15 minutes later after breaking up several times the same person who answered the phone and said the manager was busy and said she was the manager and when we explained what had happened to her very much. I'm still waiting for the owner to call me back. How hard is it to contact me if I gave them my number? I don't want to say I never go back to this place.
This app is just terrible. No one needs to know my location except for me. There's absolutely no reason for anyone else to have access to that information.
I haven't been in a subway for 3 years, and the staff on about 11 watches has offered an excellent customer service today! it's nice to see this today! great work for the heart and friendly lady working today!
Had a mobile order today. 2 of the three tomatoes were dirty and bad, they had to take off. some of the spinach was dark and were bad. the (deviled) brot was so hard. I feel like, because I pre-ordered and did not observe how the sandwich was made, that they don't have to go into it. I always forget that every time I have done bad experiences, when I come to this place, I am not back.
I usually love Subway and am rarely disappointed, but unfortunately, my last three orders from the Broadway location have been incorrect. I didn’t want to leave a negative review unless it became a recurring issue, but tonight was particularly bad—the food I received was simply awful; even my dog wouldn't eat it. The steak and cheese was cold and soggy, not toasted or warmed up at all. It's puzzling how it could be soggy when the steak was cold and the cheese was still unmelted. If you’re using a delivery service, be cautious about what you might receive. It seems they don't pay much attention unless you're there watching them. For reference, the food arrived within 30 minutes of ordering, so it wasn't a case of it sitting around.
