Subway - Bangor

This place is a disaster. The employees seem more focused on when their shift ends than on providing service. To make matters worse, it's hardly ever open! The sign says they close at 7 PM, but in the last three days, I've gone by at 5 PM, 6 PM, and 6:30 PM, and it's been shut every time. It's incredibly frustrating when you're trying to eat! They either need to get their act together or just close down for good.

The bread is soggy and the salad is old, with some pieces starting to turn brown. Quite unappetizing.

It's been 6 years since I last visited this restaurant, and I'm pleased to say it's improved a lot! I ordered online for pickup, and my order was ready in about 20 minutes. I really appreciated the option to order online! I'll definitely be returning, as the staff were friendly and cheerful!

Why are they shutting the equipment down a half hour before close on one of the busiest streets in town?? Half of your sandwiches are toasted! Still good but I'd like to be able to get my favorite sandwich toasted :

I had to toast my own sandwich at home because they shut the oven off before 6:30 when they started taking my order and then they didn't even have lettuce and told me that they couldn't give me lettuce because she was closing. So much for eating fresh. And having her belly button hanging out near my sandwich just didn't hit the spa if you want to look it up on your camera it is July first. 6.30 And I still left a dollar tip cuz I always left a tip no matter who's working.
