There?s also a huge issue of one of your drivers letting their dog ride in the car with them during deliveries which gave my daughter an allergic reaction a few months back, not to mention it beingagainst state health guidelines for food delivery. The quality of this location is really going down hill, which is a shamebecause you used to deliver great food.
I had requested contactless delivery and specifically asked not to ring the doorbell because it would set my dogs off. Yet, the delivery person rang the doorbell, causing a commotion with my dogs. Instead of leaving the pizza at a safe distance as promised, he stood right in front of me, handing it over directly. The pizza box looked damaged, but with my dogs barking, I quickly thanked him and took it inside. When I opened the box, I found that the pizza was stuck to the lid, which explained the crushed box. The crust had fallen apart, with all the toppings still stuck to the lid. I tried to salvage it, but it ended up as a clumpy, inconsistent mess. Unfortunately, it didn't taste very good either. I also ordered jalapeño poppers, but they appeared dried out, and there was an excessive amount of flour on the dough, making them lack flavor as well. Overall, I won’t be ordering from this restaurant again. I expected more consistency between locations, but this experience was an epic fail. In the future, I’ll choose a different pizza place.
"The food here is actually quite good, but the last three times I ordered, it arrived cold. Overall, the quality of the food is great, but I've decided to stop ordering from them in the future."
We had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. Our order was incomplete when it arrived, so we called to report it and were assured that it would be taken care of. After waiting an hour and a half with no food and no follow-up, I spoke to Tiffany, the general manager. Unfortunately, she was condescending, rude, and disrespectful. It felt like I was bothering her during her shift. Is it really so difficult to apologize or to follow through on promises these days? As a general manager, she should be embarrassed by her behavior, especially in a customer service role. The food simply isn’t worth the trouble—choose a different restaurant!
My son texted me from 41,000 feet on a private jet, asking for pizza to be delivered to the FBO at Bangor Airport. The floor manager took my order and promised to ensure it arrived on time. It was a large order for the passengers to enjoy during their flight over the Atlantic Ocean. Great job, Papa John's and Austin!
