I said fine and was told to pull-up. Not two minutes later, I was given a fullbucket of chicken. When I got home, I could see there were two different kinds of chicken. I had specifically ordered the stylewithout dairy, as my daughter is allergic. For their convenience, they added in another style of chicken which did have dairyand could have made my daughter sick if I hadn?t caught it. They are dishonest and dangerous imo. Food safety is so basic towhat they do and they don?t meet the standard!
This location is a disaster! It is poorly managed. 1) Why is it so cold inside the restaurant, it feels like the North Pole?! 2) My group and I waited almost an hour for our food, freezing inside. 3) Can I please have more gravy on my potatoes? 4) The restaurant was disgustingly dirty. I will reconsider my review if KFC improves.
On August 16, 2022, my daughter, two grandkids, and I visited this establishment. We ordered our meals, but had trouble finding a clean table to sit at. Most of the tables were dirty with napkins, straws, and crumbs scattered on them. We had to ask for a cloth to clean our table. The restaurant was not very busy, with only a few customers. When my daughter and grandson went to grab packets to go with their meal, they found them covered in a sticky substance for some unknown reason. Our meal arrived, but the mac and cheese looked fine on the surface until we realized it was burnt on the bottom and inedible. It seemed like the tables hadn't been properly cleaned, even though the staff didn't seem busy. Some of the cooks were standing around chatting, while the cashier was not attending to any duties. It seemed like the employees either lacked motivation or proper training. I hope the restaurant can address these issues to prevent losing customers in the future.

We had to request a cloth to clean our table ourselves. Despite the lack of customers, the staff seemed uninterested in maintaining cleanliness. My daughter and grandchildren received takeout packages with sticky residue on them. The mac and cheese that I ordered appeared appetizing at first glance, but it was burnt beyond consumption. It was clear that no one was taking responsibility for table maintenance, as two chefs and a server were idle nearby. It seemed like either the staff lacked motivation or proper training. I hope for better management in the future to prevent further loss of customers.
This will be the last time I visit KFC for a while. Despite being patient while waiting for my food, it took 20 minutes to receive my order. The conditions inside the restaurant were disappointing - the drive-thru lines were always long, the main entrance was locked, floors were wet and slippery with no warning signs, and employees were not wearing gloves while handling food. It took a long time for my simple order to be put together, even though there was plenty of food prepared. The online estimate of a 5-minute wait was far from accurate. As someone who has worked in the food service industry at a higher standard of cleanliness and service, I found the experience at this KFC to be disorganized and lacking in basic standards.
