Had a coeliac travel map that explained diet requirements in thai and they took care of the thai omelette for me with the map to lead the cooking art.

I showed my gf card and the waitress recognised it as “gluten free yes?” And pointed to the Phad Thai for me to choose. It tasted great. The place was very busy and popular, we waited for 10 mins to get in.

Showed the coeliac thai card, they were very knowledgeable and straight away they told me the 2 dishes they could prepare for me. I had a fried rice with shrimp, which was delicious!
