This place is value for money. They have amazing pastries in different flavors. A few flavors of pastry which are a must try here are : chocolate truffle, pineapple, black forest and black current. Their kiwi flavored pastries are new, and I can't wait to try it out. Apart from this they have good quality rum cakes and Christmas cakes! The range of snacks like biscuits, fried snacks and puffs aren't very great, but are decent. The place is hygienic. There is no seating arrangements in their outlets.

Located at Banashankari near BDA complex is this one reasonable outlet.. Cakes were good initially when the shop was opened but now it's not up to that initial standards.. A frequent visitor to this outlet for my kid.. Cakes some time are dry and old quality.. But when they are fresh and made on that day then they are good.. So try your luck just go with the appearance while selecting.. Once had purchased potato chips and when opened at home was horribly having the old expiry smell and later got the money refunded... So hold your bill till the end..

Cake of the day is a well cake and pastry shop in Bangalore and this particular outlet is located in girinagar. This was a regular place from where we ordered pastries for birthday celebrations during my college days. The outlet is small but nearly maintained. They offer delivery too. Their eggless variants are huge in number. I have tried almost every variety they have and the taste and quality is good.

Impressive Collection! I was just amazed to see more than 20 varieties of eat-in pastries in this store. Also there were many ready made occasional cakes which were truly attractive. Apart from cakes they do have a good collection bakery items like puffs, rolls, sweet cakes, pies, bread, small pizzas etc. In one word the bakery display is feast for eyes.<br/ <br/ FOOD: While the display impresses a lot, taste doesn't leave up to the mark especially pastry. I took almond pastry: it appeared like a week old and didn't tasted well. Even the juice emitted by the cake was smelling odd. I also had Assorted puff which was nice and Aloo-Capsicum puff which was delightful.<br/ <br/ EVERYTHING ELSE: Ambiance is quite good, but you find house-flies everywhere. They do run plenty of offers on occasions like Christmas, new year, valentines day, etc which will be too attractive. Price is nominal, service is good. I have observed many celebrities living around this area drop in here to purchase cakes. Dedicated parking is another good side.<br/ <br/ FINAL VERDICT: Hope this is a good option to order occasional cakes, but be sure that its fresh.
