Whitehorn Bistro - Banff

I wish there was a zero star option so I could give them 0 stars. Long waiting time, terrible service and no vegetarian option? We have the gondola and lunch, so we had no choice but to eat here. How to run a restaurant without a vegetarian option??? All they have is the view I give them, but unlike that will never come back.

Lunch at Whitehorn Bistro on 17.9.2022. View was excellent, but outdoor terrace seating which I requested was closed service was ok. Beef Bison carpaccio, which we wanted was not available.. we had seafood Bouillabaisse beef Bison Burger Carafe of wine came to CAD82 inc 10% Gratity Bouillabaisse, which was quite ok taste ok with 2 pawns, 2 scallops bread, 4 shells, except it wasn't really Boupy couillabaisse a delightful lunch horn excellent trips. Fortunately for us today?s weather is best clear of the 3 days we are here. If you gondola up, really must be in Whitehorn bistro??

We had a great lunch! Unfortunately, the terrace was closed, but we still have the food to enjoy here! Beautiful elections and they try their best to meet your preferences! The service was great! Very friendly! A nice break!

Food was good, but her service wasn't the best. They gave us false information to order food from their restaurant. We were told that the food was not served in the other restaurants below, as there was a lack of kitchen staff. We believed them and ate them at lunch in Whitehorn Bistro when we thought we were not eating everywhere. But after reaching the ground level, we found that the kitchens below work normally and there was never a lack of kitchen staff! Was so disappointed! There was no reason to lie to us.

The pan roasted pork tenderloin was fantastic! So tender and the vegetables were very tasty. The views on the way to the restaurant from the gondola round out the whole experience nicely.
