Tooloulou's - Banff

We tried here for breakfast and the food was amazing! Prices are decent and atmosphere is fun. We had 5 people dining here and everyone loved their food. But get there early, we went by later and there was a line out the door.

We had the Loulou Wedgie salad with crayfish which left us unimpressed. The Catfish bites were very nice.Had the Ramone's Pasta Creole. The mix of the sausage with the chicken and the pasta did not thrill our tastebuds.The Creole burger with the fried onions was the high point of the meal. Succulent and juicy.Service was truly good.

The food here was pretty good. I had a stuff pork chop and my wife had a shrimp dish. Good alcoholic drinks, but they need to hire more staff. The service was slow.

My husband and i enjoy canjun spices and its hard to find a restaurant that has both meat and seafood as he does not like shellfish. This one had such a variety it drew my attention. I had deep fried oysters which is a new taste for me and they were nice and tender and the dipping sauce was the perfect heat. He had the "boudin balls' which is a mixture of proteins and rice and he really enjoyed them which is unusual as he usually doesn't order and appetizer. Both dishes came with dirty rice which was so tasty. Green beans with a little bacon and feta cheese was the veggie of the day. I had the seafood skillet which was craw fish, scallops and shrimp. The scallops were huge. The young girl that served us was knowledgeable about the menu and very efficient. Given the opportunity we will certainly go back and highly recommend it. BUT be sure to make a reservation as it is that popular and only seats about 60.

Just flew in to town and decided pop into here for dinner ,little bit of wait understandably as they were very busy however super friendly staff and delicious food and well worth waiting around for if you should need to wait they are incredibly nice and do everything to get you in and seated as quick as possible . God so good went back next morning for breakfast and again superb staff and delicious food , be back again many times in the future .
