100% recommend to go to this restaurant, even if you are not vegan / vegetarian. The mood was cold and the ambience was beautiful! The owner was really sweet. The service was fast! I come to dinner part, I would highly recommend getting the Kimchi Burger. It was so tasteful and good size burgers. Loved every bite of it. The fries that came together were made fresh. We also ordered the Avocado smash with the side of Chickpea omelette. It was really yum! I had the icy chocolate chai. Again so refreshing and a great drink to couple with burgers. Next time we visit Banff!

Amazing Boss Bear Burger! This is the best vegan burger I had. Thank you for choosing so much for gluten-free and vegan people with so many items on the menu. The service was also great. Usually I don't get the bungalow or cheese with a burger, but here I have a GF vegan bungalow AND vegan cheese with tasteful toppings and deliciously seasoned frits. It was soooo good. We'll be back.

Nourish Bistro is the best Vegan food in Banff Town. I would highly recommended who wants to have Vegan. Good Service though.
