It had ground sausage with spinach and parmigiano cheese and a pink sauce and was delicious. A bottle of our favorite Italian wine, Masi Campifiorin made at $65 for a delicious meal. The menu often changes. They no longer have chicken parm, spaghetti or corn ravioli, but I am sure the other offers will be good. Our service was excellent and our meal arrived quickly.
Nice restaurant. Love the atmosphere and the food was amazing! The waiter was super friendly and accommodating. Very recommended if you are looking for a chic Italian restaurant.

The highlights of the restaurant are the food and service. The ambiance is ok. Newly decorated and warm. The servers are really polite which i liked a lot. This restaurant gives you a pleasant experience so i recommend it, if you do not mind the price tag.
Was the first time we booked in for dinner at castello (Nov 25) during our recent stay at the Banff springs. We shared the calamari, and Arancini to start. Calamari was crispy and fresh. The Arancini were also delicious, whatever the green sauce was, was amazing. For the main we had a Caesar salad (can’t complain, was just a regular Caesar) and then we had the lobster carbonara. It was new to the menu and was definitely the highlight of the meal. Another bonus was our server. I wish I could remember his name. He was very attentive, even offered up a complimentary glass of wine to both of us. By the end of the meal I didn’t even realize he did not take the complimentary glasses off our bill. We mentioned we were moving to the rundle bar for a night cap and he took the time to come find us and make good on the oversight! really went above and beyond. Thank you for the great evening! Will definitely be back again during our next trip.
Wonderful setting! Very calm, dimmed lights! Very professional service! Great sommelier. I had the rare pleasure of eating gluten free fried calamari, and the main course was a very delicious Sable Fish in a very fine sauce with cherry tomatoes and fingerling potatoes. A very fine dinner.
