Bluebird Restaurant Lobby Bar - Banff

We had a large group for a business dinner. Jessica our server was very attentive and provided excellent service. Everyone was happy with their meals.

Extremely overrated, the food bad, the foundue nothing spectacular, the prime ribe overcooked and the onion soup without flavor. I found a hair in my soup and they brought all the food warm in -15 degree weather.

We were amazed at the quality of the food and friendly service it was one of the best restaurants I have ever been to . We were a family of 5 , first went to dinner then went back for breakfast 10 out 10 could not fault it .

Waited an hour for my appetizer and an additional 30 minutes for the main and the staff acted like it was normal to take that long; kitchen got my steak order wrong and just felt like the taste or quality of the food was not worth the price or the wait.
