Domino's Pizza - Bandung

Fast service and quick response. It was a promo buy 1 get 1 for regular medium size pizza. We were ordered extravaganza and american burger.

Provides dine ins, but still uses its cardboard box for serving and a tray. The place only has toilets and no praying area, which to be fair is quite a small space. They also have (what i presume to be) a smoking area and non smoking, both in thw second floor. Parking is shared with a few other stores, but it's enough, and can park cars and motorcycles. Food was nice, as a pizza place is, and they serve a variety of toppings.

B aja. The product quality and quantities as expected. The service need improvement. They let customers luntang-luntung teu jelas instead of asking what they need. And finally, as always in this world, annoying kang parkir you should encounter.

I very rarely post a review unless things are very bad. Ordered my pizza around 11.15, almost 2 HOURS later my order has not arrived. Called the call center and they told me to call the outlet’s number directly yet I can’t seem to reach them. Called the call center for the third time and they also admit that they can’t reach the outlet’s number. Asked for any way of compensation for waiting 2 HOURS and they declined, saying they can’t give it to me since I ordered it via GrabFood although it’s supposed to be delivered by THEIR OWN delivery guy. Feel like this was my worst delivery experience it didn’t even make sense. Fix your management. Don’t make the same mistake with your other customers. My disappointment is beyond words. (Update: Ordered at 11.12, received at 13.10.
