We go there for lunch often. It has very exotic menu with South Indian dishes, and exotic northern Indian food, kathal pulaao etc. I had black carrot and Red carrot halwa. Palak patta chat . Must go and enjoy this amazing place. Ambience is great

It's a great cafe if you want to experience fine dine in mountains. Food is amazing. If you are non vegetarian it's a paradise for you . They have inside and outdoor sitting options. Parking is available. The staff here is very polite , the owner is passionate for what he does. Fell in love with this place how on my first visit here and ever since I’ve made it a point to visit Roots everytime I’m in or around Manali. The efforts that went into making it such a beautiful place are well reflected in the decor, the aesthetics and through their food too. They have a beautiful kitchen garden along with beautiful aesthetic plants throughout the property. Coming to the food, it’s one of the best places for the most lip smacking food in the entire Himachal region. Worth every penny spent. Absolutely love the Palak patta chaat and sabudana popcorn with maharashtrian spicy thecha. The sarson ka saag too was unbelievably good and on point. I probably love everything that I have tasted from the menu be it the malgapodi idli or dosa with chutneys or kadai paneer with kulcha. For desserts have tried their do gajar ka halwa which is absolute yum and they’ve got a popsicle kulfi cart which has delish flavours. It’s a beautiful place to spend a day or an evening with your loved ones be it friends, family or a special one, the place offers beautiful views, mouth watering food and an apt ambience to spend leisurely time with your loved ones!
