L'escale - Bandol

Title says it all really. Lovely place, welcoming and no rush from the staff at all. Waiters were super friendly, food was gorgeous (huge steaks! , house red was fab and all well priced. Would happily recommend and visit again :

Nous avons souvent pris un verre en famille ou avec des amis tout le temps de notre séjour sur Bandol, avec toujours un bon service et des sourires. Nous y sommes retournés avec ma femme la veille de notre départ. Toujours bien accueilli, avec le sourire. Nous voulions une bouteille de rosé pour notre apéro et notre dîner, malheureusement il n 'y avait plus celle choisie mais une bouteille plus chère. Nous avons donc donné notre accord pour la bouteille plus onéreuse et là, la responsable nous dit : Bien sûr je vous la laisse au prix de celle que vous aviez choisi Très commercial, merci. Repas très bon, belles assiettes, le seul petit truc, il est dommage qu 'ils ne propose pas de frites. Encore merci et à l 'année prochaine

We went there several times for a drink or an aperitif, always a warm welcome with a smile and good service. The last evening, we went for dinner as a couple, and although it was a shame that there were no fries, we found the meal very good. And if we couldn't have the chosen wine, without asking, we were given the price of the wine at the price of the one chosen. Nice commercial gesture. Charming and smiling staff.
