Roti Culture - Bandar Seri Begawan

I love the Roti here! It has not changed to taste and quality at all. My recommendation: MARTABAK BEEF. The beef was very aromatic, the roti was crispy and not too oily and the part is very large. ROTI CONG ROTI TELUR. The Roti is crispy and aromatic. The cow and chicken cure was tasteful and rich. You can put on the meat for an additional $1 or make it a set meal for $1.80 (course with meat dhalca condiment). DOSAI BEEF. Compared to simple cansai, the cansai beef is much more tasteful and aromatic from onions and beef. The Dosai was also quite crispy when it's still hot. It comes with cattle chicken, Dhalca and Chutney. NASI LEMAK ISTIMEWA. This dish had coconut rice, fried chicken, beef yield, boiled egg, sambal and anchovies. The rice was fragrant and rich with coconut milk, which complicated the lightly spicy sambal. The chicken was crispy and not dry. Beef yield was decent. KAMPONG AYAM PENYET. The rice was steamed with butterfly peas flowers, which gives the rice a beautiful blue color, but did not contribute to additional taste. The chicken was crispy and beautifully seasoned. The Sambal was a traditional Penyet Sambal, which was lightly spicy, but gave the whole dish taste. It came with a side of fried tofu and attempt. KOLO MEE. This had an interesting taste that confused both Asian and western taste. The beef was soft and kolo mee had a nice chewing. It was very light tasting and I recommend it for those who want a spin from the traditional kolo mee. The service was great and the staff were friendly. The place had a very beautiful and local atmosphere.

Ordered: Plain Dosai tastes good, it would rather roll than flat in shape Chicken Curry yummy, not oily, on a sweeter side, slightly seasoned Corn Beef Yumm! What Baby Roti Crispy does not like, the texture and taste love, baby also loves it. Bäckchen Mee first try pleasantly surprised, the chicken topping flavor could with a little less sauce coating the noodle becomes a little salty if mixed all together esp if you observe your salt absorption) Otherwise very happy, would definitely come back! Hubby approves! and he is choosy)

Great place. During myvisir have a not normal/crazy guy approaching n talking to us. The cafe employees give us the warning thru secret tissue. Great place by the way. It's just unhappy we're being disturbed by this guy. Should be careful and have security

Delicious food. The Roti itself is not a traditional Roti. More like a paratha. Simple yet delicious. A must try.

Famous Wu Chun? I haven't got the chance to meet him in person just yet. He is the owner of Roti Culture. The service is great during my visit and they served good food. Roti kosong was so big and the curry has great flavor, while nasi lemak was okay. One little comment is the overcooked soft boil eggs even they've served twice on my table. Overall good environment, good food, open concept kitchen, decent hygiene and friendly staffs.
