Subway (petronas Bangi)

Staff is very unenergetic. A Bangladeshi, so called sandwich artist, are unhappy with customer requests, no only mine, but other customer's order too. Borderline rude. Felt very unwelcomed everytime I come here.

Great place to have a quick bite or takeaway just located at Petronas Petrol station in Section 15.

I've great experience eating inside the premise. Very comfortable. Plus, if you dine in, you can refill your drink infinity.

The staff there are friendly and the food was nice. Alas, one of the staff there had to ruin it. She was rude because customer before me I think ordered too many. When, it was my turn she gave me the side glance, talk rudely such as yell at me and heaving a sigh and the sour face. I know customer are sometimes annoying but if the other staff can keep their calm together, why can't you? I know how it feel because I've been there but it doesn't mean you should be rude. I know I may sound complaining a lot but her behaviour was unacceptable. If you can't work at a place that have to deal with interacting people and keep your calm together, find another job.
