Subway - Bancroft

The overall restaurant was typical for franchise. Garnishes were fresh and adequate and the staff was friendly. Not over priced and fast service. Bathrooms were messy with not enough paper towels.

Not so customer oriented I stood and waited for a good 5 minutes while two staff members one holding the phone in her hand having a conversation and ignoring the customer I just turned around and left seems to me that they should be concerned about the customer should come first not the gossip that seemed to interest them more them serving a customer

This Subway is better than either of the ones in my home town for service and quality of food. They don't cheap out on fixings and will put as much as you want on. I had the new sliced Turkey 12" and as hungry as I was almost didn't finish it. It was loaded with meat, just as I asked for and no questions as to how many toppings. I hate that at other Subways when you ask for olives and they put two or three on a 12" sub, really!

This is not a huge Subway but it definitely has a clean, homey feel to it. Otherwise it is very much like all Subways

Always a healthy choice, busy spot in town. Food is fresh and made to order. Kids meals available, often a special available.
