Mcdonalds - Banbridge

This is my local McDonald’s and every time I chose to go here I think it would’ve just been quicker to go to sprucefield. Whether you sit in or go through the drive thru expect to wait at least 30 minutes. It’s painfully slow and always has some sort of issue with the order. Can’t think what the reason would be for this other than terrible management because every other McDonald’s manages to do it better than this one. Save your time and go to kfc or sprucefield instead. (I never give places bad reviews but this is based on multiple experiences)

This is our local McDonalds but whenever it is busy this place falls apart badly, food isnt nice, tea is cold, the service especially is awful. I am at McDonalds right now and the amount of complaints I can hear is shocking. No one will go to the till to take orders at all They need the staff to do better or have more staff

Ordered a coffee and a double cheeseburger on the app at a click and Serve spot. Waited near twenty minutes. I only received a half filled cup of coffee and an absolutely stone cold burger. Tried drive through next time only to end up sitting behind a customer waiting on her large ice-cream for almost 10 minutes at counter window. Again I left the place with a stone cold big Mac

1 hour 40 minutes after ordering they canceled the order but not right away kept saying 10 more minutes for the entire 1 hour 40 mins why not just cancel right away

Ordered at the drive through. Paid at the window and asked the staff member to make sure my order was correct as the last 2 times they made it wrong. And of course my order was wrong again. Thank you mcdonalds Banbridge
