Ice Style Salad Phuket - Ban Talat Yai

Seriously the best healthy food in Phuket town! I love this place!! This salad bar is loaded with an assortment of gourmet toppings (grilled kabocha squash, grilled butternut squash, sweet potatoes, mashed purple sweet potatoes, quail eggs, grilled bell peppers, homemade tuna salad (no mayo, it has beans and veggies! , pasta salad, marinated mushrooms, chopped fruit, omelettes, etc. plus an assortment of vegetables, and a variety of greens as a base. Then there are the homemade dressings, all of which are NOT made with eggs or mayo. I came here 4 days in a row, and there were so many options I never got bored. Plus, the price is amazing. I think none of my salads were ever over $5 USD, and my plates were enormous. Bonus points: super friendly staff! They even recognized me at the night market.

I ate here a lot. The selection is great, varied and fresh. The staff are always smiling as you walk in. If you don't know what to do, they'll explain the drill. The mushrooms are awesome, so are the beans. Often I'd pick up a box of beans or sweetcorn generally pimp my noodles later in the evening. Also, they have a wide range of homemade dressings so you are spoilt for choice. By the way, this isn't just salads. Barley, beans, pasta tofu... The list goes on. You can never have the same thing twice. I'll be back.

We found this little gem out from another traveller it offers super healthy eats! We hit the salad bar which is great lots of options of fruits and vegetables! It was our first time and the staff was friendly and professional! Highly recommend for the traveller who are looking to try something new and healthy. Our plate came out to 90 Baht It goes by the weight it’s 25 baht

Such a lovely place to have a nice salad! Really recommend. Clean food and good taste, variety of vegetables and salad sauces. Staff service was very good too. Free water by self service.

We stumbled upon this place just minutes after discussing how we hadn't had enough veggies lately. What a godsend. The plate in the picture only cost 50 baht! (And for some reason they had a 19% discount so it was only 40 baht! . The veggies are all fresh and crisp. Best of all, you get to choose your dressing from 12 fantastic flavours. We tried the black pepper and we tried the wasabi sesame. Both were fantastic.
