Chomchan Thai - Ban Talat Yai

Lovely atmosphere, friendly service and by far the best Curry i have ever eaten. My partner got hers not spicy. I got mine spicy. The crab meat portions are very generous. If you like spice, then you will fall in love from the first spoonful but can always go non spicy it's just less flavoursome compared to spicy . I wish i came here at the beginning of my trip and not the second last because now I only have one more day to go back for lunch. It is no surprise that they have received Michelin rating 5 years in a row, well deserved.

My favorite restaurant in Phuket old town. Good taste and good vibe. Kang Poo and Pla Mong Fried with Thai curry are my best. Not surprised why they got The Michelin Guide many year continually. Chomchan is sister of One Chan restaurant and I love both of them.

Had excellent lunch here. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Food was simply amazing with fair price. Fried soft shell crab and pork belly dish were simply exquisite. Try their smoothies! This restaurant is highly recommended

After Google some Michelin restaurants, found that Chomchan is one of the recommended. Since it’s only 5 Mins far from thalang road (weekend market) therefore we wanna give it a try! Food and vibes were amazing, so chillax and even the staffs are not super good in English but they tried the best to communicate. Price was very fair, the first two dishes portion were kinda small, but the steam whole fish with lemon sauce was very very good
