Terrazzo Ristorante Bar - Ban Ratsada

Nothing bad to say! we just arrived for a quick lunch, but we have a really good mood this place. everything was clean and really felt that we had eaten there again if we weren't just going through.

What a pleasure to have a dinner at this restaurant. Quality food, live music and the best service ever. European quality!

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The Italian food was delicious, with perfectly cooked al dente pasta and a smooth bottle of Merlot. I want to thank M for their excellent service and the friendly staff for creating a welcoming atmosphere. An extra special mention goes to the live music artists who added to the overall ambiance. We always enjoy dining at this restaurant whenever we stay at the Holiday Inn. Our kids love the mango shakes here and think they're the best. We have had great meals here every time except for one occasion when we ordered a margherita pizza that was not good. It had too much tomato paste and was only half covered in cheese. We complained to the manager, who offered to make us another pizza, but we declined as we were no longer hungry. We were disappointed that we did not receive a discount, even though we only ate the edible parts of the pizza. Prior to this experience, we dined here almost daily and found the other menu options to be very delicious. We were not happy with the fact that smoking is allowed outside, as the smoke drifts inside and makes the atmosphere unpleasant.

I dined at the hotel restaurant, Terrazzo, one evening. The menu stated that kids eat for free when accompanied by a paying adult, but the staff refused to honor this offer and claimed it was only valid at a different restaurant in the hotel. When I insisted, they still wouldn't budge. I asked for the service charge to be removed due to the poor service, but the manager on duty refused. Instead, they discounted the bill by 15% to offset the service charge. Overall, I felt like I overpaid and was unsatisfied with the experience. I would not recommend dining here.
