Zapfhahn - Bamberg

A vegan burger option that was great (and hard to find in bamberg.) the fried tweebel rings are also vegan that were delicious, and they had 2 different options of vegan sauce to go with them. we had the vegan smoked Bbq sauce that was very good. good service and location.

Nice sitting area in the garden. only a vegan burger (and a vegetarian) with drawn jackfruit, but it is very good. the horses are also very tasty and well seasoned. the koleslaw is also vegan, which is rare. unfortunately there is no vegan dessert. friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere.

Unfortunately they went out of the Veggie-Patty (so they said that they can do almost any burger vegan), so I took the jack obstburger, who was amazing. super special and rare combination with drawn jack obst, apple red cauliflower etc. but was really great. and super friendly staff

We went to Zapfhahn for lunch while on a day trip to Bamberg. There were no vegan options on the lunch menu, but the waiter said they would veganise the old fashioned burger for me. The patty was made with beans, and it was absolutely gigantic! It was a really big, tasty meal. The chips were even better than the burger, really well-seasoned. The staff seemed very informed about veganism and were really helpful. We sat out in the courtyard and really enjoyed the whole experience. The restaurant is quite central, so it's easy to pop in while you're seeing the sights.

A very great burger restaurant with a beergardenatmosphere. They have one vegans burger on the menu but almost all burgers can be veganized. The beers they have are all from the area and you can see on a map where they are brewed. The staff is friendly and if you like beergardens you'll instantly feel comfy. We had a great time and definitely would go there again.
