Super location directly at the old rathaus. still the best ice in the city. prices for the situation reasonable. service works well

Spent a Sunday afternoon in Bamberg Old Town. The Cafe Bassanese is just next to the old Rathaus which is one the must see place. The menu is very good with lots of choices for ice cream, Cafe hot and as cold drinks. Nice and fast service!

We were very disappointed. ice cream with only one ball vanilla ice cream and very thin coffee. eierlikörbecher with a hauch by eierlikör. the guests who come here, come only once anyway, this feeling is one. also the staff is inattentive and little friendly. Pity!
