Urban Deli - Baltimore

Was in Baltimore for the day and craving a good sandwich for lunch. Like the kind of sandwich it doesn’t make sense to make at home because you’d have to buy too many ingredients that would go bad before you used them all up. Found Urban Deli from Yelp and it was walkable from where I was staying so I came. Cute little shop decorated primarily with photos of neighborhood dogs. Was greeted upon entering and chose the Turkey club for my meal. DELICIOUS!! Best sandwich ever!! And a very large portion. Ate half in the shop at a little bar by the window and saved the second half for later. I will come back if I’m ever in Baltimore again.

Hands down one of the best delis in Baltimore. Every sandwich is a 10/10 from the smokin sobo to the hall of famer to the turkey club. The staff is always so pleasant and kind and I cannot leave without a slice of banana nut bread.

AMAZING!!!! I ordered the Little Italy Coldcut Sandwich and a bag of chips. So amazinggg and FRESH! Ive been looking for a nice deli since I moved in the area last year and I have found it . I will definitely be ordering from them again .

I had the pleasure of stumbling across this gem on my way home from my walk. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad and enjoyed every bite! The ingredients are so fresh. The salad was so delicious. The customer service was a 10/10. I will be back! Thank you for the awesome service today.

3 stars is accurate my go to lunch in the neighborhood and food is pretty good, but agree that it can be slow and at times subpar customer service never fun feeling like you’re inconveniencing a business because you come in 30min before closing. Give It A Try.
