The Red Boat Asian Fusion - Baltimore

Red Boat's lemongrass broth with their vegetarian pho has been a go-to for years. I always order an extra fried tofu banh mi with jalapeños for my dinner the following day. Service is great and they're consistently delish.

Got to visit Baltimore for a day and stopped here for some quick Vietnamese bites. We got Phở Tái and Bún Thịt Nướng Chả Giò, both were delicious. The server was friendly and nice. Would recommend everyone to come try our the place if you're in Baltimore Downtown.

I chose the Chicken Tacos, which had a light texture, although the flavor of the tacos wasn’t very strong. The portions of meat and noodles were generous. The restaurant was clean, but the inside temperature was a bit high, making me sweat while enjoying the steaming soup. Since I visited during a less busy time, the service was quick, and I was the only customer. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was quite good. Overall, the experience was decent.

This is the best Pho I've ever had! The broth was full of flavor and included all the elements that make it delicious—absolutely perfect! I also loved the crispy rolls; they had a great texture. The Boba Thai tea is a must-try! I will definitely be returning soon!

The food was abundant and delicious. The service was quick, and the location is fantastic if you’re heading to the theatre. Prices were slightly high for lunch, but that's to be expected in downtown Baltimore in 2023. The atmosphere is quite relaxed, with seating on benches and window sills. We ordered the rice vermicelli with pork and chicken, which came with plenty of veggies and was very tasty, although I did find the pork a bit too salty for my liking.
