The Cheesecake Factory - Baltimore

Our family had a very nice lunch in the cheesecake factory. the waiting period was about 25 minutes to sit. the hostess takes her handy number and they send a text when the table is ready. on this way they can enjoy going the inner harbour until their table is ready. our waitress was attentive and our food was perfectly prepared. I had the garnels with angel hair pasta and the garnels were cooked together with the noodles to perfection. I've eaten before at cheesecake factory and in the rule it's okay to eat. the mark is good.

That was worth it. the food was amazing, and the appetizer was so good. already eaten more and the waitress was so nice and really felt comfortable

It was a great experience. eating was so amazing. the table was a little cramped for 6 people, but fun times. highly recommended. oreo cheesecake!

We had a great time eating in the cheesecake factory! the food was great and also time to spend with the family, but the highlight of the night was our waitress janelle (hope I spell her name right!) she was faint! she took customer service to a different level! when she overhears the hostess, she said it was a 40-minute wait time, my family left the restaurant and she came out to get us safe! in between was sure that the section next to us was reserved for social distancing, so that we didn't sit right next to us, went the menu, that was tricky because a few lkws with eating did not manage it, and she went back and wrote everything that was not available so that we didn't have to waste time on the menu. I'm gluten-free/dairy free and my son is lactose intolerant and she helped us to get food that won't trigger anything. the customer service is everything for me when it comes to eating (and of course eating) especially in a pandemic! I just want to thank her for feeling really safe and being welcome to the restaurant. she took care of us very much!

Visiting the Baltimore Inner Harbor my hometown from Florida. I haven't been to a cheesecake factory in many years. And even though there was no crab due to a shortage the meals we decided to choose tasted amazing. I especially enjoyed the Avocado rolls, the dipping sauce is to die for. The tiramisu for desert was also a hit. Thanks for reminding me how great your food is.
