Suzies Soba - Baltimore

My experience at this restaurant was really bad. The chicken dumpling soup was too salty and tasted like it came from a can. The beef soup had wilted soybean sprouts, and the $25 pa jun was soggy. I will never be dining here again. I don't understand why there are so many positive reviews.

After reading mixed reviews, I finally decided to give Suzie's a try. However, I was not impressed. The Mool Mandu only had 2 decent chicken dumplings, while the rest tasted like the plastic container they came in. At $12, it was not worth it. The Eggplant Sautéed was a strange mix of overly salty and bland. I ended up throwing out the tangy eggplant and the plastic-tasting soup. The only good thing was the plain white rice.

Loved the noodles, quick service, and eclectic atmosphere of the restaurant? Suzie is a 5-star owner and made this a memorable meal for us. We can?t wait to return again soon? kamsahamnida ????????????

Suzie's Soba is a hidden ????. As you walk the strip, you may notice the beautifully colored exterior but once you enter, you are taken into a completely different world. From the atmosphere, to food, and service. You are brought into a friendly, loving experience. Don't expect to always get a table, so you must call ahead of you have a party coming in. Let the chef decide if you are brave like I was, and you won't be disappointed. ????? Suzie. ??? ????.

Suzie was an amazing host. Her hospitality oozed out in the most unexpected and pleasant way. Her food is amazing. It is authentic. She cooks with passion. The decor was inviting. We ate on the patio.
