I have to deduct some stars because the service was very slow, even on a quiet day. Our server was friendly, but she seldom returned to check on our table after bringing us water. The food was good overall, although a few dishes could have used a bit more seasoning. However, the wings were incredible—among the best I've ever had. They were perfectly crispy and well-seasoned.

Very reasonably priced food (I made my own small meal from the brunch menu sides because I had just eaten not too long before arriving but needed more food on my stomach for the drinking ???? . The eggs were great and were a large portion to be ?one? egg. The biscuits were a little funky/non-traditional but were tasty and made for great sandwiches with my eggs and hash browns. What a letdown! We had a great experience here previously and loved the food, but today was incredibly disappointing. We won't be returning or recommending Southern Provisions. We waited over 90 minutes from when we ordered (30 minutes after being seated) to receive our food, and they got our order wrong. Instead of leaving the incorrect dish at the table, they took it back to the kitchen. To top it off, the smoked wings we received didn't taste smoked at all.

I really enjoy this restaurant. If I lived closer, I'd likely stop by once or twice a month. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is that they seem to be understaffed, which makes the service a bit slow and occasionally forgetful. However, the staff is all very friendly. Besides the staffing issues, the food was inconsistent. For instance, the cheddar biscuits and deviled eggs were quite bland. The ribs could have used a bit more cooking time to make them tender. As for the BBQ sauce, it didn't quite work for me.

This is a charming local bar that offers outdoor tent seating and features two floors indoors. I visited for a party, and it felt wonderful to socialize again during the pandemic. Although I was one of the few wearing a mask, I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. The food served at the party was typical bar fare—simple but tasty and nicely presented. The atmosphere strikes a balance between a sports bar and a college hangout, with some families also enjoying the space. Parking can be a bit tricky, and accessibility might be an issue due to the steep steps leading to the second floor, though there are sturdy handrails for support. The outdoor tent and the first floor are more accessible. The staff were efficient and attentive, quickly preparing drinks and ensuring all guests were well taken care of. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at this neighborhood bar and look forward to returning.
