Qdoba Mexican Eats - Baltimore

I would never go back here again, I called to get a refund because this place has been a fraudulent charge since I bought my lunch on Sunday, they took almost $200 from my account of the card I used. they also tried to take money from my friend's account, but good what their bank got quickly. I never leave evaluations, but this is really ridiculous and I try to reach before I start a police report.

This the worst qdoba made a mistake on an online order and tried to correct it, but the person who answered the phone suspended on me and would not answer the phone. I called hours to be defensive. I hate this place and will never return.

This is probably the most bad qdoba I've ever had. every time I order from this place, they forget my queso and chips. I came tonight at 9:10 in the hope to order personally to avoid my order being grounded. When I arrived, there were two women, I assume 1 shift manager 1 worker. first I felt like I was a more disturbing. the lady with the yellow hemd and airpods rolled her eyes when I came in. No one has greeted me and the whole load was a mess. I told her I wanted a queen who reached her to make it and then said, "I can get you something else that the machine is out of." I suppose they had only one dinner rush and I totally understand, try to set everything for the closing time, but as I said it was 9:10pm, not 9:45pm. at any point they need to think about the customer and not just themselves.

I went in. I was the only person in the whole apartment. 2 workers stared at me when they made delivery orders. Nobody recognized me or said anything. I stood there for a few minutes. I went out. my first and last time.
