Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Baltimore

I've been visiting Potbelly since it opened here in Baltimore. I introduced my son to it, and it became our go-to place before he returned to Colorado. Now he's craving Potbelly! I had a wonderful lunch date with my wife there yesterday!

I love their food, staff, and location! We stopped by last night on our way back to the hotel just before 8 PM. Wow, their sandwiches were absolutely delicious! It felt like heaven! Plus, their homemade chocolate chip brownies were fantastic! We couldn’t resist stopping by again before heading home. The guy who made our sandwiches last night remembered us today and greeted us with a big smile! I highly recommend this place! Two thumbs up! Thank you for making our visit in Baltimore so memorable!

I didn't particularly enjoy the beef sandwich with horseradish, as it didn't taste quite like I expected. On the bright side, every other sandwich I've had has been fantastic. Honestly, I care more about the quality of the food than the service, and Potbelly's definitely delivers on that front. I love the food, so I’d rate the service a 5 out of 10. Perhaps the staff was just having an off day—who knows?

The employees were very friendly and courteous. The chicken salad sandwich is now my favorite. I never liked it before so I'm unsure if I can get it anywhere else. Potbelly has me hooked.

Friendly cashier , helped me with my order she smiled the whole time and did her best with my order as well as her friend that was in the back.
