Panera Bread - Baltimore

I was really looking forward to visiting Panera Bread to try their new chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, when I got home and opened the packaging, I was extremely disappointed. The bread was overpowering, especially paired with the nearly burnt piece of chicken. The very thin, lifeless strips of lettuce were unappetizing, and I could barely taste the mayo. Overall, this sandwich was such a letdown that I'll never order it again, despite my long-standing love for other menu items at Panera Bread. I really felt like I wasted $10 on just this sandwich.

I love panera, but this place goes downhill quickly. I approached the bakery case to order only a muffin and a drink. two of them. I didn't recognize myself when I was standing in front of the bank to order. instead I moved to the lunch order. a guy took my order and was decent enough. the blueberry muffin was delicious, but the bathroom was dirty and the Soda Spring/Teas area was rough. the employees seem tired and more interested in a conversation with each other and check their phones (large! phones are dirty.)

Very slow service. Have had to wait over 30min for rapid pick up orders on many occasions.The last one took 40 min for a you pick two order…Breakfast is also slow to come out with an empty restaurant.

Worst Panera bread I have ever been. Those standing behind the counter doesn't know why they are here. Least interested in their job

I really enjoy Panera, but the staff at this location was, without a doubt, the friendliest and most professional I've ever encountered in the industry.
