Outback Steakhouse - Baltimore

I love outback. I am a frequent diners club member and 2x/month to place throughout the country during my travel. they are generally very consistent. this place should not wear outback branding. my buddy and I arrived at 16:30 on a Monday. there were not many people inside, but the hostess told us it was about 15 to 25 minutes waiting for two people to sit. we offered to sit in the bar area and she told us that when we sat in the bar area, which was good, but we had to sit at the actual bar because there was no server for the bar table tops. I'm always sensitive to personal questions, so I totally understand. we picked up two seats at the bar and in front of us were dirty drinks that we had to push out of the way. No one has wiped the bar between sitting places (or after we arrived for this occasion), so it was quite disgusting. in the did, all about the cleanliness of the restaurant absolutely sucked. it felt dirty. Beyond that, the air conditioning didn't work, so he was hot there, and that says a lot of me because I usually like it on the warmer side. the poor bartender driped behind the bar sweat, which was another layer of unsatisfactory cleanliness. he could not help for the greatest part (may have used a towel), but he took serviettes to wipe his dripping sweat face and then prepare drinks. If it were a cloth towel or something like that, I might even have overlooked it, but that was really bad. but our bartender/server did the best he could use wisely - he was reworked definitiw. he was also very friendly, in contrast to the bartender he took over, for whom a headphone in and heard music/sings lyrics while he kept us and neigent bar. that was annoying. oddly enough, it was the best outback sirloin steak I ever had. it was perfectly cooked, perfectly fed and was only really good (the only reason for 2 stars.) the baked kartoffel was very dry and not very good, but the brokkoli was good and the brot was standard. we were looking for another place to eat on Tuesday night and drove about 25 minutes away to get to a texas roadhouse, just to avoid going back to this place that we would normally have gone home in our second night of the trip. I'd say they'd like one, and don't go here until they can get their act together.

The floor is so greasy that they have to hold on the wall while they go to the bathroom. the bar had several dirty dishes on the countertop and behind the bar in front of the alcohol bottles. that eating was ok. it seems as if places serving the black community do not make any effort to get her look, but, a few roads away in harbor east, I assure them it would be another case. I will not come back here.

No matter how often I order from here, the steak is never cooked to the right temperature. I always receive a medium-heavy, rare steak when I command the floods, although I have asked for medium well. end up cooking it more itself that ruins the experience in my mind. edit: order here again on valentinstag. decided to get my friend a steak cooking medium. the steak they sent was burned! yes, that's my last time I order from here. they have to teach their chefs how to cook a steak. her name is literally steakhouse!

Here with my nave night for regular dinner, and our waitress alisha was fantastic! the food was in order, what are expected at outback, but it was so personal, we will ask for it again. they brought our food to a timely wise, suppe, salad, apps and dinner all came to the perfect time. they brought all the condiments (I always need extra clothing mayo a1 etc) and they did not even complain. Many thanks for their great service- made our evening super-special we will be sooner than later again.

I would not recommend anyone eat at this very unprofessional establishment. I have visited Outback on Boston St and have never had a problem until I ate dinner there tonight. Must be under new management which was terrible. If your a large party and looking for separate checks like most people this is not the place for you!!!!! We had a party of over 20 people tonight and the restaurant manager denied us separate checks. We are talking about a final bill of over $450 dollars spent in this place as they refused to accommodate us at all. That being frustrating enough the two separate tables we had one was served their food 25 mins before the second table. In my opinion That is extremely disrespectful to expect hungry good paying patrons to sit there and watch half the party eat there entire meal before the next half was ever served. I will never spend another dollar at OUTBACK on Boston St so long as I am paying the bill. Really poor showing for a party that was expecting a good timely meal with excellent service. That was far from what was received. Find a new place people maybe TEXAS road house will do better.
