Mcdonald's - Baltimore

This location has very strict rules. Unlike other McDonald's that are willing to modify the menu, this young lady seems like she just graduated from management training at McDonald's. You'll end up paying at least $1 more for your meal, and any two meals will cost over $15. I used to enjoy going to McDonald's, but now it seems different.

The manager and staff had a limited command of English. I had a coupon for a free sandwich with the purchase of another sandwich of equal or lesser value. Initially, the manager tried to tell me they didn’t accept the coupon until she read it. Instead of giving me my free sandwich, she decided to offer me a free coffee instead. Frustrated, I gave up on trying to explain my request and accepted my loss. At that point, I just wanted to leave.

The service is consistently quick and friendly, and the food is always served hot and fresh. I've never encountered any issues here; the staff is very pleasant and welcoming. We also appreciate the convenient hours.
