Mcdonald's - Baltimore

I would like to personally thank the employees for their professionalism, courtesy and useful nature to get my order right for me. I had an extremely large job and the staff that was already busy with the morning brush could make my experience very comfortable this morning. I would also like to praise the manager for the duty, who also helped her employees and at the same time is professional in dealing with me. many thanks once again all, their services are very appreciated.

I would never order from this McDonald's again, especially for delivery. I requested a Big Mac, but instead, I received two small hamburgers on a large bun. It didn't even taste like a Big Mac. I also ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, but they forgot to include it in my order. I'm sorry, McDonald's, but this was disappointing.

The staff were the kindest I've ever encountered at a McDonald's. We had a wide variety of food, and everything was served hot.

I've never had any issues with this McDonald's. The staff is always friendly, my orders are consistently correct, and I hardly ever have to wait too long, even during busy times. I've been enjoying McDonald's since I was a kid, and this location always serves fresh fries that are perfectly salted. The burgers look like they do in the pictures and taste as they should. While the location isn't the most convenient, I'm grateful to have a McDonald's within walking distance.

I've tried to order 3 times from this McDonald's through food delivery apps and there's ALWAYS some kind of excuse from them and my order is cancelled. So unprofessional!
