Enigma And Grill - Baltimore

The food is amazing and they have the best in anticuchos. Unfortunately the same can’t be said about the service. My waitress was very unprofessional and I had to keep asking her to bring stuff to the table. She even forgot a dish we ordered. I guess she was too busy socializing, and that was her main concern. I also came on Thursday which was a salsa night, it was nice, but if you want to eat ur dinner in peace I highly suggest you do not come on Thursday.

I had a horrible experience went on a Thursday night ordered our food at 7pm. It was 9pm and my food hadn’t arrived. My friends ordered an order of calamaries and they got fried fish when they tried to return it because they didn’t order that the waitress told them that they were out of calamari that’s all they had, without letting us know from the begning that they were out. Instead of waiting 2hrs. Ended up leaving with out eating. This place is Hightly disappointing oh by the way one person was smoking inside while there was a toddler there. Not sure if im disappointed in the fact that a 2 year old was at the bar or the fact that a person was somking inside with a toddler in his arms.

I went there for the salsa but decided to grab a bite to eat. I got the wings and fries. Wing were supposed to be buffalo but only had a little hot sauce on the top. After 15 mins they arrived hot along with the fries, both were good, not great. No napkin or utensils, ask for glass of water and was offered $3 bottle of water. It’s primary a bar and the food seems like an after thought. If you’re interested in the salsa dancing most are beginners with few experienced dancers, but they appeared friendly enough. If you’re In Baltimore and looking for a little distraction this could be the place as there is no cover charge to enter.

Great Peruvian style meal. Made my date and I feel comfortable. Later they even had dancing.

Don’t order ceviche mixto! It is not fresh!!Es de lata
